What COVID precautions are being taken?
Masks are required to enter the Pip Moyer Recreation Center and will be required of everyone, at all times, regardless of vaccination status, at the STEAM Fair.
The entire lower level (3 basketball courts) of the rec center will be used for the STEAM Fair allowing for plenty of space to separate exhibits, and allow for spacing between kids while they are participating in each activity
There will be plenty of hand sanitizer available at various locations.
What is the cost to exhibit?
The basic exhibitor space starts at $500 and goes up depending on your sponsorship level.
What do I get with my exhibit?

What ages of kids do you expect?
Most of the kids will be between the ages of 7-14
What should I have at my exhibit?
We ask that each exhibitor have some sort of interactive experiment or activity for each child to try.
How many people do you expect will attend?
In past years we have had between 800-1000 participants.
